Vision Statement
The Commission of Tamil Nadu Latin Bishops Council for Vocation dedicates itself to promote vocation to Priesthood and Consecrated Life, for the building up of the Church and the Salvation of the World.
Mission Statement
The Primary Duty of the Commission is to sow the seed of vocation in the hearts of the Families, Youth and Children.
Methodology
1. Commission inspires, guides and coordinates the activities of vocation promotion in the Region.
2. Forming the Vocation Promoters in their mission of finding good spirited people who incline to say ‘Yes’ to the Call of God, the Commission makes the links between Dioceses and Religious Congregations.
3. Through seminars and ongoing training programmes, Commission concentrates on the formation of Youth and Children.

இயேசு அவர்களைப் பார்த்து, ' என் பின்னே வாருங்கள்; நான் உங்களை மனிதரைப் பிடிப்பவர் ஆக்குவேன் ' என்றார். உடனே அவர்கள் வலைகளை விட்டுவிட்டு அவரைப் பின்பற்றினார்கள்.
